Our Fragrances

We use only the highest quality, body-safe fragrances and essential oils in our personal care products. All scented products are created using the maximum IFRA allowance. Each product type has a maximum fragrance usage rate, therefore some products may have a stronger scent than others. We offer perfume samples for those wishing to sample our fragrances.

Ordering

Our website is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you wish to have a custom order created for you or have questions about any of our products, please use the form on our 'contact us' page. Inquiries are usually answered within one business day.

If you need to add-to an order already in progress, contact us before the order is marked 'shipped' and we will create an 'add-on' order for you. Add-on orders will include any additional shipping required to add the items to your order already in progress. Multiple orders that were not processed as 'add-on' orders cannot be combined and will ship as separate orders.

We sell on multiple websites. If you find an item that you wish to order that is not listed on all sites, send us a message and we will be happy create a 'custom order' or 'add on' order for you thru this website to include all the items. Orders placed on multiple sites cannot be combined.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have been marked 'awaiting shipment' are in production and cannot be changed or canceled. Buyer requested cancellations are subject to a 5% fee due to our payment processors charging for cancellations.

Orders placed with payments thru Klarna pay later will be delayed 3-4 business days until the process is complete. Orders will show as 'awaiting payment' while it is pending.

Custom Requests

If there is an item or scent that you are interested in that is not listed on the website, send us a message. If possible, we will either add it to our product line or create a custom order for you. Ingredient and container changes may not be available on products and must be inquired about before an order is placed, otherwise the order will ship as listed. Custom orders are created special for the buyer and therefore cannot be cancelled.

Rewards / Sales / Coupon Codes

We have a rewards program. More info can be found on the 'Rewards' page. Any items on sale are posted in the 'On Sale' section, discounts are automatically applied at checkout. We do not use coupon codes other than what is available in the Rewards program. 

Sample Sizes

Sorry, we do not offer free samples by request. Due to the variety of fragrances and products we offer, we would have to stock tens of thousands of samples. Occasionally, we have leftover product when creating batches and randomly send those samples with orders. Most of our products are available in multiple sizes, so buyers can try a fragrance or product before investing in a more costly purchase.

Do you accept Wholesale Orders / Private Label / Re-Sellers

Sorry, we do not offer our products wholesale or private label at this time. We do not authorize re-sellers.

Shipping

Shipping to the US is via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is included on all orders. While we do not offer free shipping, the shipping calculator is set up to offer the best rates. We utilize USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate when possible to make shipping more economical.

Due to many past issues, we no longer offer International Shipping. Orders via third party shipping services are subject to cancellation. 

It is advisable to have the order delivered to an address where it can be tended to. Some products are heat and cold sensitive and will melt or freeze if left in mailboxes for extended periods of time.

Please make sure your address is correct. Shipping labels are automatically printed as they are listed on the order. If a mistake has been made, notify us before your order ships so we can change it on the shipping label. Once the order has shipped it is beyond our control, you will need to contact the carrier to get the package re-directed to the correct address.

Local Pick-Up

We no longer offer local pick-up. Thank you for understanding.

Returns Policy

Since our products are used for personal care and must be verified unadulterated, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions regarding our products or scents. We will be happy to answer any and all questions prior to your purchase. We also sell perfume samples, so if you think you may not like the scent, please ask questions or purchase a sample. Scents are subjective from person to person - so you may not always interpret the scent as it is described. 

Variation in color, shape, and finish are not mistakes due to all items being handcrafted. Some fragrances have a distinct color or contain vanillin which can cause products to darken or otherwise affect the color of the finished product. Some fragrances and essential oils can cause certain products to be thicker or thinner, this is a normal occurrence and does not render the product non-usable. Some products may have a slight scent undertone due to the ingredients. We package each of our products in certain styles/colors of containers. On a rare occasion, we may have to change temporarily due to our supplier being out of stock.

Once your order is marked as 'delivered' by the USPS, you must contact your local branch or carrier to discuss delivery issues. Once the USPS delivers packages, they scan the package into the system showing 'delivered'. We will not refund a order that shows 'delivered' on tracking. 

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake or an item arrives damaged, please contact us and provide proof (pics) of the mistake or damage, and we will re-ship your order with the correct item at no additional cost.

If a package is returned to us by USPS as being non-deliverable or not picked up, the purchase price will be refunded. Order refunds for non-delivery will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. The shipping cost was paid to USPS to ship the package, therefore will not be refunded. If you wish to have the order re-shipped, additional shipping fees will apply.

Privacy Policy

We believe that confidential information should remain confidential. We will never sell your Personally-Identifiable Information to third parties or other companies. Your personal information will only be used as required to fulfill your orders or for legal obligations.

We do not offer free products for review but thanks for being interested in our company and we hope that you take the leap and invest in us as a fellow creators!
