We have a wide selection of Artisan Soaps which are made by the Cold Process Method.
What is cold-processed soap?
Cold processed soap is one of the common ways to manufacture soaps. The process is called as such since the whole production process takes place within 120°F. This ensures that the oils are sufficiently heated until they are melted yet still retain all their natural goodness. The soaps retain their natural glycerin, an all-natural moisturizer for the skin. The oils are then mixed with sodium hydroxide (Lye) for saponification to take place. The soaps are then left to fully saponify for 6 weeks. Our soaps are superfatted and none of the sodium hydroxide remains in the finished soap.
*Your soap will last much longer if you always use a soap dish that drains well and keep your soap dry between uses.
